It’s the cutest time of the year again! I swear I never get bored of the sheer scale of fruit we get to play with in our shrub kitchen. Fresh 🍓 going in to Strawberry Rose shrub today and some saved for Summer Berry Horchataa bit later this year. Also a bit extra set aside for our new Botanical Soda Bar we are collaborating on with Flowers at the Dusty … wild sodas, ginger bug fizz and kombucha all on tap and coming SOON 💕🍓🌿🍹

Today was a cute day. I got to get out into a couple of Flannerys Organic Market stores that stock our products - and talk to customers about what we do and make. I love it -because people can’t quite believe that I’m standing there in front of them offering them a sip of an unknown potion, talking about the hills where I pick the lemons or my garden where I grow the herbs. That yes, I make them all myself (with a little bit of help of course) and that they’re my recipes and that yes I drove all the way here today just to do this. The small scale and human connection of our business is a real jewel in this world and I never wanna lose this magic 💫♥️🌿
