Two bitters. Three medals! Wow it’s nice to feel so seen and understood. All the careful decisions we make around ingredients, sustainability, ethics and social impact all get assessed by independent judges in the Clean + Conscious awards and this recognition means the absolute world.

Today we are celebrating Gold in Best Mood Booster for Energy Bitters and Silver + Editor’s Choice in Best Sleep + Calm for Calm Bitters.

Thanks to the Clean + Conscious team and judges. Every year these awards help us all find the coolest brands doing the best stuff - I spied a bunch of my favourite things in the lists and also spotted a few new things I can’t wait to try. We’re winners baby! We have won GOLD in the category of “mood booster” for our Energy Bitters- and SILVER + editors choice in the category of “sleep & calm” for our Calm Bitters - and we couldn’t be more proud or feel more seen. SPRING IS HERE! Nourishment, revitalisation and cleansing 💕🌸 it’s time to awaken and prime.

Spring is the best time to look to plants as allies in improving elimination, detoxification and sowing seeds for a busy energised season to come.

On my list: Lots of bitter greens, the return of fresh berries & crunchy salads before a meal. As well as deeply nourishing teas like nettle leaf, dandelion, red clover and alfalfa.

And tonic combinations like our FLORA, which work especially good now.

It is infused with my fav digestive bitter -fresh papaya leaf- as well as the liver king, globe artichoke. There’s a whole gang of the most delicious fragrant beauties, like lemon balm, chamomile, peppermint & vervain.
Marshmallow to soothe mucous membranes and Butterfly pea flowers as an antioxidant rich gift to every cell in the body.
Lil bit of inulin prebiotic to feed the good bugs- all in our raw organic ACV. It’s just Take your herbs, a little bit, every single day. Happy spring 🍓🌸💕

Another Norco Eat the Street done n dusted- another fantastic day of all my favourite things- good eats, good drinks, the best people- what a vibe! Lismore sure knows how to turn it out, one of the many many things I love about living here. I feel so darn lucky! Thanks to everyone involved, all the stall holders, the punters and all the organisers- we all turn up because we love this place. See you next year!

It’s Butterfly PEA, people! PEA!!! 😆🦋💙 We use these unreal flowers as colour magic on top of our Watermelon Basil Shrub and then sprinkle with organic rose petals - one of the mocktails we will be serving at Norco Eat the Street this Saturday 💙
