15yrs ago we purcashed our first registered female's from Campbell Farms, all our Quix and Nightingale females stem back to that herd and have done exceptionally well for us.
Ironicly in a round about story we are calving some of our mature cows on what used to be part of the original Campbell Farms property, 15yrs and several generations on, many of the cows calving on this block go back to those original cows lines that were developed on this very property.

After 2.5 yrs of next to no run off we were presented with the oportunity to revamp our big irrigation dam at Homewood back in Febuary.
Well after 6 months looking at this monster hole wondering if we will ever see it full its finally happening!!!
With inflows like this and more rain coming im expecting to wake up to the flats below the spillway getting a serious bath.

Well thats a wrap on what was an excellent day of dog trialing at 'Homewood' for the inaugural Bellaspur Angus trial.

The venue and the cattle made for a very enjoyable day had by all.

We would like to thank our judge Rod Cavill for giving up his time and sorting through a big day of quality runs.
