Livestock Farm Hand – Permanent Full Time
Bamawm Extension, Victoria (15 minutes from Echuca)

Millewa Farms is a 9,000-acre mixed farming operation primarily located in Bamawm Extension, Victoria, producing broadacre crops (dryland and irrigation) alongside sheep and cattle enterprises. The business continues to evolve and grow, making this an exciting time to join a well-established and progressive farming operation.

We are seeking a livestock-focused Farm Hand to join our team on a full-time basis. You will work as part of a small, motivated team where clear communication and a practical, hands-on approach are valued.

Key responsibilities include:

- Sheep and cattle handling and general livestock husbandry
- Fencing and yard maintenance
- Pasture management including flood irrigation operations
- Stock-trough installation and maintenance
- Coordination with contractors such as stock agents, transport and animal health experts
- Work with farm owner and managers on enterprise livestock strategy
- General farm duties as required

About you:
- Previous experience in a similar farm hand role is essential
- Strong livestock handling skills
- Capable of hands on and physical labour
- Ability to comply with farm safety procedures
- Current driver’s licence essential
- Reliable, practical and able to work as part of a small team
- Right to work permanently in Australia
