Brewed exclusively for “Love For One Night”

We’ve teamed up with the wonderful folks at Northern Rivers Performing Arts to brew a b**r for the return of “Love For One Night”, offering absolutely brilliant theatre under the stars on the doorstop of the Eltham Hotel.

Brewed in collaboration with NORPA’s creative director Julian Louis, we’ve created the Hi-Vis Kiss Kolsch, a nod to a key scene in the production.

Bright enough to catch your eye. Smooth enough to keep you around.��This expressive Kolsch style ale is as balanced as it is inviting. Honeyed bread and biscuit malt notes compliment fruits of pear and bright citrus lemon from the hops. ��One kiss. One night. One cracking b**r. Cheers!

Muddy Boots Brown Ale 🍺 5.4% ABV

Time to hang up those muddy boots after a hard day’s yakka and wrap your laughing gear around this little number.

Rich bready malt, toffee and light chocolate lead the way, backed by the London yeast’s smooth, fruity character. East Kent Goldings hops bring gentle herbal notes with a touch of orange peel, while a restrained bitterness perfectly balances the lingering malt sweetness.

Silky smooth with a creamy frothy head, this classic English-style Brown Ale was made for crisp afternoons, crackling fires and good company. Pull up a chair and enjoy one through the cooler months.

Simon Says... Tangelo Sour is back!

This is our most lip-puckering of creations yet! Using a magical strain of lactobacillus 'Helveticus', we have dialled up the flavour intensity.

A tip of the hat to our local legend Simon who supplied masses of delicious tangelos from his trees around the corner.

What even is a tangelo, you ask? Think a cross between a navel orange and a grapefruit, giving a unique sweet and tart flavour perfectly complementing the style.

At 6.2%, it's the perfect palate cleanser with any meal, with enough heat to warm those winter bones.

For the fifth year, we welcome our very limited Barrel Aged Moonless Midnight Stout. 

After 10 months of residence in Cape Byron Distillery wh***ey barrels, our Moonless Midnight Stout has taken an altogether different worldly form. The coffee, chocolate and vanilla combine with the oak, bourbon and wh***ey flavours imparted from the barrels to create the most silky smooth Stout you will have ever tasted. 

At 9.5% it’s the ultimate winter warmer. The perfect balance of tannins, roasts, sweetness and heat. Stoke up the fire, it’s time to enjoy that barrel aged goodness.
