When the Winter sun drops behind the hinterland and all falls quiet, a different world begins to stir. The owl watches the possums move through the trees and as shadows stretch, the air grows cooler, alive with secrets. This is where Nocturnal was born.
We’ve gone dark on this Black IPA - not just in colour, but in spirit.
An intensely rich cacophony of nine different malts forms the backbone - layers of caramel, bittersweet cocoa nib and a hint of roast. The body is so thick, you could cut it with a knife, with resinous hops that slice through the darkness.
Brewed for the night owls, at 7.0% our new Winter Seasonal will warm you up over these cooler months. Available now on tap and in cans from our taproom and in selected venues and bottle shops.
