These are only a few of her quirky designs and she makes them to order. Gluten dairy free intolerances are all catered for. Did I mention she's only 16 and happens to be my daughter.

What an amazing day the youTubers were so gracious and fun to work with. Big thanks to the Bangalow Community for making it so memorable and showcasing our local talent. Thankyou Contiki too for asking us the Bangalow Cooking School to host youtube royalty.

UNBEKNOWNST to the wider community, 11 internet celebrities snuck in and out of Bangalow yesterday, potentially turning 10 million sets of eyes onto the town.

Such is a varied life when working with food. Today canteen and yesterday working with hatted chef JUAN Hernandez cooking a fabulous menu all northern rivers food to a bunch of farmers from Moree. On the menu the rainforest to the sea. Where to start well one of the big hits was the the salt encrusted baked byron bay pork belly on smashed potatoe salad with preserved lemon aioli.
