Sure, Dry July might be over, but that doesn't mean you have to go back.

The thing about a month off the booze is that the best part isn't the finish line. It's realising a good drink doesn't need alcohol, and how good your body feels without it. Going without doesn't have to mean a sad soda water, a sugary mocktail or straight water. It can be something you reach for on a Friday, regardless of the month.

This is exactly why we love . It's packed with botanicals, herbs and spices that give you the essence of a cocktail without the hangover.

So good you can keep going in August, September, or a random Tuesday. Good drinks don't have to be limited to one month.

Flavoured collagen has a reputation problem and this one by Luvin Life doesn't deserve it.

If you've been wanting to add or increase your collagen intake but can't stomach another plain scoop in your coffee or smoothie, this is the one for you. Luvin Life's chocolate collagen peptides are truly enjoyable to consume, dissolve painlessly, and the scoop is made up of 64% collagen rather than filler. That's 8.9g of pure protein in every serve.

Before you buy any collagen, check these four things:
✔️ Where is it sourced? (This one is Australian grass-fed)
✔️ What is the main ingredient? (it should be collagen, and it is)
✔️ What is the sweetener, if any? (plants, not artificial)
✔️ Is it hydrolysed? (so it dissolves, no lumps)

This tub ticks all four.

Some nights I genuinely cannot be bothered thinking about dinner. You know the feeling, it's 5:00PM, nothing's planned, and the thought of a proper recipe feels like a lot.

This is my answer on those nights. was started by Susana, who believes food is about a lot more than just eating. It's connection, it's comfort, it's the thing that gets everyone to the table at the same time.

She built this brand on that idea, meals inspired by bringing people together, made with care, so a weeknight dinner can still feel like something special. The paella rice is the one I've made sure to always have in the pantry, and the ingredients are as simple as it gets.

I chop up whatever veggies I've got (even the sad ones), add some tomato sauce or paste, throw in a protein, stock, and the rice, and it's done quicker than you'd think.

Twenty minutes later and it looks and tastes like I've laboured for hours at the stove. Nobody needs to know it was a packet, a few chopped veggies and a bit of hope.

We've received a few DM's recently about our picks for school holiday snacks because a few of you said your little ones are sick of their current snack rotation.

We know how much you all love some inspo, so we got you!

We've stalked Peta's orders (hehe, sorry Peta!) to compile 10 of her kid-friendly snacks that are on high rotation. Not the same ones you see online all the time or on supermarket shelves. They're tried and true, aka she keeps these at home in her pantry, though we're sure the girls aren't the only ones noshing on them 👀.

Let us know if you find these helpful & we can stalk her orders again for you🤭

Comment SNACKS for the shopping list.

This is one of those recipes that looks impressive but is almost embarrassingly easy.

A tin of The Stock Merchant Oysters, a few simple ingredients, a quick blitz, and you've got a tapenade that tastes like it came from your favourite wine bar.

Definitely save this one for your next cheese board.

Twelve years ago I started GoodnessMe from a place I never want to go back to.

I wasn’t an entrepreneur with a business plan or a nutritionist with a passion project. I was someone exhausted in a way I couldn’t explain. At 21, I was bedridden for months with endless appointments, heavy limbs, headaches, and no answers. An autoimmune diagnosis changed how I thought about everything, including food.

I didn’t read labels because I was passionate about health. I started because I was desperate to feel like myself again.

So I swapped things out, one product at a time. If I couldn’t picture the ingredient in a kitchen, it went back on the shelf. Slowly, my energy came back.

I couldn’t stop thinking: why is this so hard? Why is packaging confusing? Why does it take so much effort to find food you can trust? How many people are standing in aisles doing the exact same thing, with no idea where to start?

In 2014, GoodnessMe was born. A small idea. A little brown box.

I still think about that 21-year-old version of me every time we say no to a brand that doesn’t meet our standard. Every time we find something genuinely good and put it into your hands and homes.

This started as my problem, but it was never about me. I could never have imagined all of you.

A community that grew into something I can’t quite find words for - now in the hundreds of thousands. I didn’t expect the emails saying a product changed how you felt, shopped, or thought about food. For some of you, choosing better isn’t a choice, it’s the only option. I’m still in awe of you all.

You are the reason we have an online store.
You are the reason brands reach out to us.
You are the reason our team shows up daily and checks every label.

You made this possible.

You came back & recommended us to friends. You emailed us about products you wanted. You told us when something didn’t meet the mark. You put your trust in us daily. You are the reason GoodnessMe exists today.
You are what twelve years looks like.

To celebrate, we’re spending the next 12 days giving back with goodies, giveaways & deals. Every product on our shelves got there for one reason.

You.

With so much adorat

We did a blind taste test and it did not go how we expected.

Three chocolate cookies. One from a mainstream supermarket, one we thought was a healthy one, and Friends of Frank, our Nutritionist-Approved pick.

We only got 1 right. And that's kind of the whole point.

Good for you doesn't mean taste goes out the window. We don't believe in sacrificing taste to eat better. And these prove it.

I took a leap of faith

I have to be honest, when I decided to launch our online shop, I had no idea what we were doing

I committed to our first big EMPTY warehouse and thought, holy cow... how are we going to do this

What I did know though, is that it was becoming flipping hard figuring out which brands were okay at the supermarket

I knew you guys loved receiving our GoodnessMe Boxes each month and discovering new healthy brands

but there was more there...

I took a jump with virtually no retail experience, and let me tell you, that is scary!

It's been 5 years now, and I have to tell you a secret...

Nobody really knows what they're doing out there. Every brand you've tasted and tested is learning as they go too (yup, we're all winging it!)

And I'm so thankful for that! Because if they didn't, we wouldn't have all these amazing health products going "against the grain", facing the big FMCG guys to create real products that don't harm our bodies

So I've learnt, it's those who actually start that win, no matter how terrifying it may seem at first!

Tag a brand that you want to see win

One question we are always asked is about breakfast options, and honestly, as a mum, mornings are often the busiest part of our day, getting kids ready for school, after-school activities, and packing lunches, and that is before you even fit into the picture. You don't want to overthink it, you just need things that work.

On the surface, one option will look more appealing to your kids, but when you line the ingredients up side by side, they start to tell a very different story.

One side is built with a long list of fillers and unnecessary ingredients to keep things tasting consistent, and very few, if any, nutritious ingredients. In many cases, these foods are then fortified with added vitamins and minerals because processing removes much of what was originally there.

The other side leans into wholefoods with ingredients you can actually recognise and understand without needing to look them up.

And that is really what we are all about, knowing there are always better-for-you swaps out there when you want them, and making it easier to choose them when you do!

Comment BREKKIE for nutritionist-approved breakfast options!
