Tallangalook Santa Gertrudis, Angus & Shorthorns Tallangalook (est. 1998) has been breeding stud cattle for almost three decades including Santas, red and black Angus & Shorthorns.

Wow! What can we say - four people guessed the exact weight to the kg of Tallangalook Valuable V45 at the NQ Field Days over the past two days. The 25-month-old weighed 872kg. The winners (see video) shared in great prizes and helped raise more than $900 for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Thanks everybody for your generosity and huge thanks to the field day organisers who are Rotary volunteers.

Sun has now set and all prepared at the Tallangalook Santa Gertrudis, Angus & Shorthorns site at Townsville’s NQ Field Days which are on tomorrow and Saturday. Looking forward to all the experts who have a crack at guessing the weight of Tallangalook Valuable V45 in our fundraiser for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. This son of a gun will feature in the Tallangalook Santa Gertrudis, Angus & Shorthorns team at the NQ Field Days starting this Friday. Paratrooper V33 is by renowned $160,000 sire Millah Murrah Paratrooper P15 - who has almost 8000 registered Angus calves. Less than three days until the NQ Field Days in Townsville and this rich red young Santa Gertrudis sire will be a feature in the Tallangalook Santa Gertrudis, Angus & Shorthorns display.
