Okay so this one’s a big deal for us. Hops, Grapes and Mates is our first ever spring tasting and honestly, it’s bigger than anything we’ve done before. W**e, craft b**r, spirits, all in one room, poured by people who actually know their stuff, plus a couple of special guests we’re not fully spilling yet. And yeah, we’re finally launching our website too, so you’ll be able to shop, browse and book straight from there. Come taste your way around, ask too many questions, make some new mates. The estate is known for a modern-classic style — rich, structured Nebbiolo w**es that still respect tradition. Castelletto is one of their notable single-vineyard or cru-designated bottlings, often praised for balancing power with elegance. They farm multiple vineyard sites across different Barolo communes, which lets them produce several distinct expressions of Nebbiolo rather than just one blended style.

Calcagno Etna Rosso DOC — grown on the black volcanic soils of Mount Etna, all elegance and minerality with that signature Nerello Mascalese lift. Honestly one of the best-value Etna Rossos we’ve come across — and it’s flying off the shelf, so don’t sleep on this one.
