Three day boundary fence transformation built this week by the Goodlet Rural team for customers at Duramana, near Bathurst.

Day 1: Old fence about to be pulled down ready to be replaced.
Day 2: Old fence gone, end-assemblies built, sight wire run and star posts laid out ready to be driven in.
Day 3: New 320 metre fence is complete.

The majority of boundary fences we do incorporate rabbit or hinged-joint netting but this particular design has only barbed and plain wires. This is to reduce damage to the fence by the large amount of wildlife from neighbouring bushland that puts pressure on it. While a netting fence is often thought more secure, it isn't after wildlife manage to damage it and leave holes and open sections in the netting.

G'day regular customers, one-off customers and potential customers. Due to current fuel prices and the fuel supply crisis, as well as our desire to not raise our prices, we will be taking the federal government's advice and will start working from home. So if you have any fencing, w**d spraying, slashing, stock work etc, we will now do that on-line from home. Or if you'd prefer, you can drop it in to our place and we'll get it done. Yesterday we were working at a customers property and saw this fox eating a freshly killed magpie around midday. He wasn't at all concerned about us!
