A little throwback to the Bathurst Winter Festival 2024 ❄️

Gosh it was busy, but it was honestly so much fun. I loved every chaotic, freezing, magical minute of it 🩷
I’m so excited to be back doing markets again, but I definitely won’t be overdoing it like I used to. Slow, steady, and joyful is the plan this time around.

I’ve started putting aside a couple of each flavour for a proper product photoshoot, and honestly… I’m so excited. Seeing my macarons captured in beautiful, professional images feels like the next big step for Meringue & Magic.

These little pastel babies have come a long way — and I can’t wait to show them off in a whole new light ✨

✨ A Very Big Month Ahead ✨

I’m now prepping for one of the most exciting events of the year — my baby’s 1st birthday. I can’t believe it’s been a whole year of Franklin. What a whirlwind, what a joy, and what a reminder of how much can change in twelve months.

I scheduled this month’s macaron boxes for the beginning of the month so I could leave space for birthday prep, and now it’s all starting to feel real.
And once the birthday celebrations wrap up, it’s straight into the next chapter — my first farmers market of 2026. I’m so excited to bring Meringue & Magic back into the community again, meet new faces, and share the flavours I’ve been working on.

✨ Big Day in Bathurst — We’re at Fan Fest Today! ✨

It’s Fan Fest day in Bathurst and the crowds are already expected to be huge — they always turn out in force for Bathurst 1000 week, and we absolutely love the atmosphere it brings.

I’ll be there today from 3pm–8pm, fully stocked with fresh macarons and ready for an incredible afternoon. It feels so good to be back in the full-time baking rhythm again. The ovens are on, the flavours are flowing, and I’m already buzzing for the Christmas rush that’s just around the corner.

If you’re heading into town for Fan Fest, come say hi and grab a box — it’s going to be a massive day.
