After viewing the amazing fossil collection at the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum, a stroll down Keppel Street to the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery, seeking out Bathurst's other gems in food and wine bars, and or course taking a few turns on our world famous racing circuit, Mt Panorama.
