“Words cannot truly capture how profoundly grateful and blessed we feel to have experienced the incredible generosity and professionalism of Chris, Marg, and the entire team at Bawley Vale Estate. Their stunning venue and unwavering dedication gave us not just the wedding of our dreams, but so much more than we ever imagined.
From the moment we first walked onto the property, 18 months before our wedding, we instantly knew this was the perfect place to gather our loved ones and celebrate our special day.
Every detail was impeccable. The breathtaking beauty of the space they have created is extraordinary, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the genuine care, kindness, and wholehearted support from every member of the staff. They were always prompt and thorough in their responses - no question was ever too small or off-topic. Their commitment to making everything seamless and deeply personal shone through at every turn.
Even with the thoughtful accommodation of our wedding vehicles - a Kenworth C509 and a fleet of Landcruisers - being brought onto the property for the first time, nothing ever felt overwhelming or difficult - just calm, capable hands working effortlessly behind the scenes to keep everything flowing perfectly.
When rain was forecast in the days leading up to and on the morning of our wedding, the team had a beautiful backup ceremony plan ready for any weather scenario. Luckily, the gentle drizzle cleared in time, and when Jacqui and Marg visited us at our Airbnb in Bawley Point before the ceremony, they confirmed we would be married outdoors under perfect conditions, providing flawless moments for our photos.
All our friends and family have continuously shared how beautiful and welcoming the venue felt, and how it created such an intimate, and stunning atmosphere. Zac and I wholeheartedly agree - Bawley Vale Estate was the ideal setting for the most important day of our lives, and our gratitude for the memories made there is immeasurable.
We are deeply thankful to our calm and nurturing on-the-day coordinator, Jacqui, whose soothing presence kept us grounded and cared for. She anticipated and supported our every need with grace and kindness, often before we even realised what might help us most.
Above all, our hearts overflow with appreciation for the incredible owners, Marg and Chris, who have built such a magnificent wedding venue and who welcomed us like family from our very first meeting through to the days following our wedding. Words fall short when trying to express how truly thankful and blessed we feel to have had them as a central part of our celebration. Bawley Vale Estate has become so dear to us, and it will forever hold a special and cherished place in our hearts.
