I’m bringing back one of your favourites!!

It has taken two whole years for me to be able to grow the particular type of chilli that goes in this sauce. I didn’t get a massive yield this season but definitely enough to do a little batch of one of my favourite sauces I’ve ever done.

If you know which sauce I’m talking about let me know and if you don’t, keep your eyes peeled for when the carrots are done fermenting and I’m able to put this one together!

Let’s Classic Kimchi!

The Classic Kimchi has three dry ingredients;

Kiln Dried Fine Salt by
Gochugaru (Course Korean red pepper powder)
Raw Sugar

These ingredients are mixed through the raw, cut womboc. They then draw the moisture out and allow the kimchi to create its own brine.
