There's something pretty special about a slow Sunday breakfast.

Fresh Silver Creek Sourdough crumpets, toasted until golden, generously spread with our Bergamot Curd. Rich, silky and finished with bright citrus notes that make every bite just a little bit luxurious.

The saffron is looking spectacular as we head into July. 💜

Wholesale orders for premium Crocus sativus corms are now open for the 2027 planting season.

✔ Minimum order: 500 corms
✔ Multiple corm size grades available
✔ Australia-wide delivery from January 2027, including WA and TAS.

Every corm is grown here on our Beechworth farm and carefully nurtured for another six months before heading off to its new home.

The olive harvest is just about over here, sorry I didn't get to post much. Busy head down, bum up.
Here are our lovely Spicy Blonde olives, tucked up with Murmungee Basin Produce basil and El Dorado Garlic & Chilli Co. garlic, just waiting on some chilli now from Goldfields Greengrocer.
Unfortunately these won't be ready for this Saturday where you'll find me Albury Wodonga Farmers Market for the first time, but it's ok, I have plenty more olives in the shed ready to go.

I don't really have words this year, but there's a lot of men on a lot of continents jiggling for power at the moment, whether they are heads of countries or companies.
This does not pose well for the well-being of the masses.
