This year, we nominated Pat Sadler for Excellence in Customer Service. 🌟

Pat is a highly valued member of the Daleys Team and has been excelling in his role of leading our sales & turf installation team for the last few years. The feedback/reviews we receive from our customers, Sunshine Coast Council reps and our landscapers we serve, reflects the amazing work he is doing.

Pat also plays an important part in assisting Jaime (Terry's 2IC) in training new staff that start their journey on the farm. Particularly learning the 'art of laying turf' and all that goes with it.

Pat didn't take home the trophy this time, but he's already a Winner in our eyes. Keep up the great work Pat 👏🏻

Congratulations to Katrina at Rosemount Turf, who received the award. Cheers to representing the Sunshine Coast turf farms. 🏆🍻
