What a fantastic day yesterday 💍🔥

The Madame Cue crew — Owen, Wayne, Nick, Andrea and Lily — travelled over 3 hours from Bendigo with the trailer to cater for 70 amazing guests, and what a day it was.

Yesterday’s menu featured:

🔥 Slow smoked brisket
🔥 Pork belly burnt ends
🔥 Cupcake chicken
🔥 Stuffed bell peppers

🥗 Fresh salads including:
• Southern potato salad
• Spinach, feta & pumpkin seed salad
• Creamy coleslaw

🥖 Fresh breads, sauces & condiments

And to finish the evening:

🍓 Pavlova with forest berry
