Looks like I’ll have hops surplus to my needs this year. Hersbrucker, Pride of Ringwood and Centennial are looking good for harvest around mid Feb. If you’re looking for fresh hops, dried cones or pellets in bulk lots then shoot me a message.

Hop update: Some plants are more advanced than others because they’re 2nd year plants whereas the smaller ones are 1st year. I should get a reasonable harvest this year hopefully.🤞

Helping with the lentils. Most farmers in the mallee region have finished harvesting barley. There are some mixed results this year. At the end of harvest I’ll source the best local malt barley harvested this year to make some quality
