Mr and Mrs Sangria have been very busy over winter. 🌼
When we haven’t been cooking paella, rolling out the food van or serving up sangria, we’ve been quietly building something new at home.
We’re opening the gates at Hillcrest Farm Loddon Valley for our first event — Sundowner Bloom — a relaxed spring afternoon on the farm with local food, regional drinks, live music, canola views and big country skies.

It’s still us — just with paddocks, sunsets, a whole lot more farm jobs in the mix, and the very special feeling of welcoming you to Hillcrest Farm, the place we call home.

The canola is in bloom, the sunsets are stretching out, and spring is almost here.
There is still plenty to finish — paddocks to prepare, signs to go in, the Grainshed precinct to keep shaping, and a few more farm jobs on the list — but we are nearly ready to open the gates.
