Well said, Strath Hill Butcher! 👏

It’s so great to see other local butchers in our community doing well and being recognised for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. 🥩🏆

It’s always a fantastic night getting together, celebrating each other’s achievements and having a bit of fun along the way! 🍻

Congratulations to everyone — we’re lucky to be part of such a great bunch of butchers! ❤️

Running a small business is hard. It’s tough, and having like minded people around you who understand exactly what you’re going through makes such a difference.

Last night at the Australian Meat Industry Awards was pretty special. Not only did we get to celebrate bringing home some awards, but we got to celebrate alongside other Bendigo butchers and share in their success too.

There’s something pretty special about seeing Bendigo butchers get to celebrate together, seeing people from our own town doing well, supporting each other and celebrating an industry we’re all so passionate about.

Supporting local and supporting the small guys is something I’m passionate about, and I’ll keep shouting it from the rooftops.

Good afternoon! 🥳

We’re usually pretty quiet on our days off, BUT… we just couldn’t wait to share this one with you all! 🏆🎉

Last night we headed off to the State Final of the Victorian Meat Excellence Awards and we are absolutely thrilled to say we’re bringing home FOUR GOLD MEDALS… PLUS A CHAMPION TROPHY! 🥇🥇🥇🥇🏆

Here’s what we brought home:

🥇 Thin Beef Sausage
🥇 Lamb, Honey, Mint & Rosemary Sausage
🥇 Lamb Halloumi Burger
🥇 Brisket, Jalapeño & Cheese Burger
🏆 CHAMPION – Chicken Mignon Sausage

And that Champion Trophy is a pretty special one! 🥹❤️

Our Chicken Mignon Sausage was judged the best in the Poultry category, which means it will now go on to represent us at the National Competition early next year! 🇦🇺🏆

A HUGE thank you to our amazing team for all the hard work that goes into producing these products, and to all of you who continue to support our little shop. ❤️

We couldn’t be prouder… and yes, we’ll probably be walking around with our chests puffed out for the rest of the weekend! 😂
