The biggest mistake people make with parmas is trying to cook everything at once.

Leading the way was our Freerange Short Cut Bacon Rashers, taking Gold with 90.30 points.

It was a seriously tough year of judging, so to have 10 products recognised across bacon, smallgoods, sausages and burgers is a result weā€™re incredibly proud of.
