From our bench to your barbecue.

Dry-aged rib eye roast, prepped in-store and cooked by one of our customers over charcoal.

Garlic, rosemary, chilli, salt and pepper crust.

Indirect at around 200°C for 2 hours.

Pulled at 52°C internal and rested for 30 minutes.

Proof that with a quality cut and a bit of patience, home cooks can produce restaurant-quality results.
