My youngest son, Bailey, turned 2 this week and of course that meant CAKE 😊. My son loves Thomas the Tank Engine, hence this creation. A caramel mud cake and moist chocolate sponge cake, with caramel icing and marshmallow fondant. Was thankfully a crowd pleasure.

Had the pleasure in creating this bananas in pajamas cake and figurines for a handsome little man whom turned 1.
This was a layered chocolate and vanilla cake with blue and yellow colours through the vanilla layers. Topped off with Italian meringue buttercream icing and marshmallow fondant.
