Friday night, the kitchen does something special.

Once a month, Head Chef Mark Chance opens the Tasting Room for a set winter menu by firelight, matched to our own wines. Warm crumpet with duck rillette. Grilled Wagyu with bordelaise. A hot mandarin souffle to finish.

Our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Cabernet Merlot were made for exactly this: a slow Sunday, a lit fire, and no particular reason to move. Grown where the cold nights do the quiet work that gives our reds their structure.
