CELLAR DOOR
Open 7 days a week, the Cellar Door is the perfect place to unwind and indulge in some of our tempting wines. We have produce by local identities Serious Salsa, Kangaroo Valley Olives, Harvest Foods, Hunt & Gather and Fudge Addiction. We also have our very own fromagerie featuring all local cheeses (the Chili Brie is to die for!). In June 2012, we opened the South Coast Alpaca Centre, featuring local alpaca products - and while you're here, say hello to our resident alpacas! ACCOMMODATION
Choose from the spaciousness of a Spa Suite or a cosy Sitting Room Suite (each with a private verandah where you can enjoy the vista of the vineyard and escarpment) or the ‘Vines’ – the fully restored original farmhouse that offers views to the lower vineyards and escarpment. All rooms come with breakfast supplies for the duration of your stay. WEDDINGS & FUNCTIONS
Imagine your event at Silos Estate, catered for by a team of people dedicated to making your event run smoothly. The boutique accommodation, winery and Silos Restaurant combined with the beautiful grounds provide an ideal country location and can cater for a range of guest numbers. CONFERENCES
We offer a small group conference or residential conference venue with a 12-seat Board Room fully equipped with the latest audio visual equipment; secure internet access; break out spaces etc. And once the work is over, there of course is wine and cheese tasting and award winning dining to be enjoyed.

Our beloved w**ery dog, Suri, greeter of tens of thousands of visitors at Silos Estate woke up poorly today and it didn't get better. We have to say, our lives, and the Cellar Door is now just a little less sunnier 2012-07.09.2026

Episode 10 of the secret lives of our team Silos Estate. You may know Caitlin Gallagher from Silos Kitchen. But did you know that she is also completing her Masters into wombats, and a carer with Wildlife Rescue South Coast Inc. Last night she captured this 10kg female wombat near our restaurant, which had been attacked by something. You will be pleased to know, she is under good vet care and making a swift recovery (the wombat, not Caitlin)

Sometimes people just exceed your expectation. Gracious, genuine, funny and ridiculously good looking (most of us have to settle for less...not him) Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keely popped in for lunch at Silos Estate

He was kind enough to leave us memories that we won't forget in a hurry. Our family favourites? and . Sophie Ray put in a vote for too!

In the last week Silos Estate hosted some of those SMEs in multiple annual events including Shoalhaven Business Chamber; the Shoalhaven Food Network and Local.Berry to connect, collaborate and celebrate (and one had a blackout requiring 206 candles!). Events like these are more than just networking - spark new partnerships, strengthen our community, share knowledge and create opportunities that help businesses grow and thrive. Here's to another year of building a stronger Shoalhaven together.

Tomorrow in approximately 80,000 students commence their trials. A little under 1000 of those students have passed through Silos Estate’s doors this year for four subjects - food tech, ag science, geography and business studies. We managed to squeeze in one last group - St John The Evangelist Catholic High School, Nowra - just before the trials start. Good luck to all of them (including a bit closer to home our own team members Darcie, Zoe, Oscar and Kate)

Ummm...do I know you? On a day that the CommBank Socceroos won 2-0 in their opening match, it was super exciting for us here at Silos Estate to host Scott Chipperfield (68 caps, including that delerious night in '05 at Stadium Australia ). He thinks we can go deep...and since he's been at 2 World Cups we believe him!

On June 13th, Silos Estate will again be hosting its annual dinner (off the back of the 2024 ABC Australia show). The produce will be...ahem... harvested over the coming week- including prickly pear, rabbit, deer, carp and blackberries prepared by Head Chef Rory Finn, and paired with w**e by Winemaker Rajarshi Ray. Silos Estate seemed to be on the car map this week - this time we had a visit from for lunch. A (flock? pride? gang?) of Lamborghini McLaren Audi Australia Porsches - not many people were at the Cellar Door - too busy gawking!

An average tenure of 6.5 years at Silos Estate makes for a loyal, talented and skilled team. Last week we farewelled 25 of those years with G*i Henderson and Melissa Henderson - one retiring, the other moving to Canada. About a 1/3 of us were able to get together and farewell them on their new adventures!
