Regretfully listing my business for sale due to an employment opportunity.

The last 2 years running this van have been some of the most fulfilling I have had, however as I will be stepping back into full-time work, there won’t be the time to do both.

I will be selling the van, along with the business, the current daily run (around the Berwick area), all stock, contacts and recipes to start trading from day 1. All the hard work has been done and now it is an established and profitable business. 100% turnkey.

**Job Description:**
This role involves making delicious coffee, toasting sandwiches, and serving our valued customers at various locations. You’ll be visiting 2 to 3 sites a day, providing a friendly and efficient service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and refreshments.
- Toast sandwiches and manage food service.
- Travel to different sites and engage with customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee van.
- Handle cash and electronic payments.

**Requirements:**
- Experience as a barista is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

**Hours:**
- Looking for a candidate for 2 to 3 days a week, within school hours during school terms, perfect for parents with school-aged children or those studying.

Over the school holidays I will be trading at Hugh Hodson for the full day on the following dates:

Tuesday 8th to Friday 11th
Monday 14th to Tuesday 15th

I will then be having an extended break from Wednesday the 16th to Thursday the 24th of April. 😊

What a way to end the year! A before school send off for Jax, with many cookies, brownies and iced chocolates devoured (I hope their teachers are doing ok).

Today will be my last day of trade for the year and I will be returning in the first week of February 2025.

Thank you all so much for your support! It’s been a journey, however it’s one I can’t wait to get back into next year.

The end of year is approaching quickly, and I wanted to let you all know, my trading hours and days are going to look a little different next week.

They will be:

Monday 16th - Hugh Hodson (morning only), BLPS as normal and Darnum PS in the evening.

Tuesday 17th - No Trading

Wednesday 18th - No Trading

Thursday 19th - Hugh Hodson and final day at BLPS for the year.

Friday 20th - Final day of trading for the year at Hugh Hodson Reserve only.
