🧚🏼‍♀️Jessika turns 6🧚🏼‍♀️ One of my long standing VIP clients, Amy, requested for me to create a fairy house on a hill for her Daughter Jessika’s fairy themed birthday. This cake was outrageously delicious and my personal favourite - strawberry shortcake. A pillowy soft vanilla bean sponge filled with fresh chopped in season strawberries and lashings of chantilly cream finished with my signature IMBC; your tastebuds excited and wanting more. This fully edible gorgeous fairy door was created and shaped meticulously, covered in my go-to Bakels Pettinice Fondant Icing (so dreamy and delicious) and using LOYAL Bakeware leaf and round tips to pipe the foilage. Thank you once again Amy for your ongoing support and trust in my work 🫶🏼

🍎 Birthday celebrations with Snow White 🍎 I love a themed birthday that is outside of the current themes and pays homage to our childhood memories. Snow White and her giant ruffle dress, red bows and forbidden apple; this is the tastiest way to celebrate your daughter’s birthday. Jhona requested a black Forrest cake which is created using my pillowy soft devils food cake, filled with dark chocolate ganache (using only the best Callebaut Chocolate) morello cherries, cherry jam and lastly, chantilly cream. Alongside this delectable cake are some matching red velvet mini cupcakes that complement the cake beautifully. Thank you once again Jhona for allowing me to create such a special cake for your daughter’s birthday 🫶🏼. Xavier is a One-der of the sea - How special to have 2 celebrations for your first birthday; surrounded by so much love. Each fondant detail on these cakes was created meticulously by yours truely and to complement one another. Celebrating a very special 18th Birthday - Andrea requested a very personal cake to be created for Kerrilynn and wanted the two most important elements of her life to be celebrated; her horse and her car. Thank you to the extraordinarily talented Dilhani at Dil's Sugar Craft for the incredible horse (the details are absolutely astounding) and the 3D car which features custom wheels, sticker and mods. I am so greatful to collaborate with amazing artists that make my work so much better. Hiding behind this gorgeous paddock and off beat track is a delectable chocolate mud cake filled with my signature IMBC - tantalising to say the least. Thank you once again Andrea for trusting me with such a wonderful cake for your daughter 🫶🏼

Skipping down the yellow brick road to the wonderful Wizard of Oz for Louise’s birthday. I was so excited when she came to me with this creative cake idea as Wizard of Oz was one of my favourite movies and this cake pays homage to the original. Featuring a dual layered castle cake topper and silhouette of the gang skipping down the yellow brick road and a simple gingham bow make such a statement. Hiding behind this beautiful exterior is a pillowy soft devils food cake filled with my signature IMBC - Louise and her family can’t get enough of. Thank you for allowing me to create such a beautiful cake to celebrate your very special birthday 🫶🏼

A cake worth a thousand words - When Julian sent me through his concept photo for his girlfriend’s birthday cake, I was so excited and equally nervous. Wafer paper cakes demand attention to detail and a whole load of patience and time. Each sheet of wafer paper was cut then each circle folded and fit snuggly together into beautiful bunches and allowed to dry; a time consuming yet cathartic task. I love how each bunch placed in a position of its own and then it’s neighbour so very different make this cake look uniform and unique. Thank you Julian for kind words and allowing me to create something so beautiful 🤍

🏁🩷 Skye is Two Fast 🩷🏁 All things pink and Skye’s favourite racing cars were the brief from Kathryn for her daughter’s 2nd birthday. Skye’s birthday was celebrated with two separate celebrations and each cake was decorated with just as much fun as each other. Thank you once again Kathryn for allowing me to create such special memories with you and your family 🫶🏼

🩵💜 Brooke is Suddenly 30 💜🩵 Paying homage to her themed birthday and the beautiful colours of Brooke’s outfit, is a gorgeously piped dozen cupcakes topped with butterflies, just like the movie. I love how a themed birthdays can help the creative juices flow and something so different and unique come of it. Thank you Kerrie for allowing me to create such a beautiful piece for your family

🖤🤍 Sweet 16 🤍🖤 A statement for a very lucky girl for her milestone birthday. I love how simple designs and details make such an impression especially when it comes to bold colour choices such as black on white. Bows, hearts and beautiful piping are all the things that make a girl feel special. Thank you Joanna and Josiah for choosing me to create such a stunning cake for your daughter 🤍

Emily and her love for cars is celebrated in the most thoughtful way. Amanda requested a cake that pays homage to her daughter’s love for her car and selected a delicious way to celebrate as well. Hiding inside this giant tyre is a moist, delectable red velvet mud cake filled with my signature IMBC. Each detail on this cake - the nuts, bolts, screwdriver and the little mechanic hiding under the car; were all handcrafted by yours truly. Thank you once again Amanda for choosing me to help celebrate your daughters milestone 🫶🏼

🍉 Shivaay and his love for Cocomelon 🍉 Children’s birthday cakes bring me to so much joy to create and be a part of. The appreciation from the family that you have created something so special just for their child humbles me. 🐚 Rhianna turns 18 🐚 Sandy tones, seas shells and gold are the most elegant details to celebrate such a milestone birthday. Each sea shell or sea creature created out of delicious Callebaut Chocolate coverture white chocolate coloured using oil based Colour Mill 🎂 colours and placed purposefully onto the cake. Topped with a gorgeous dual layered acrylic topper created by 🤍✨ 𝕓𝕖𝕒𝕞 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕓𝕝𝕠𝕤𝕤𝕠𝕞 ✨🤍, this cake is a pice of beauty.
