Re stocking on ginger for our mulled Wine mix.

We blend it in a food processor ensuring it’s all an even size to speed up the process.
Then lay on the trays and dehydrate for roughly 34hours.

This locks in The flavour ensuring when it’s steeped in our mulled wine mix you get the full flavour.

Some people will see just a fenced paddock!

I see garden beds, fruit orchard and Polly tunnels.
Tarping, cover cropping and irrigation are on the cards, preparing the soil spring crops.

A lot of work ahead but let the fun begin.

I wonder what this will do🤔
Oh and some pears, because who doesn’t love pears.
