We're the only distillery in Australia that builds its own copper stills AND coopers its own barrels.

Most distilleries buy their equipment off the shelf. We didn't like that idea, so Hilton built ours from scratch. 🛠️ Beautiful copper beasts that have found homes in distilleries all across ANZ (+ some further afield)

Every batch that comes off these stills has been shaped by Hilton's head + hands. That's the difference you taste.

Head to our cellar door this weekend for a taste of the good stuff! Open 10am - 5pm Sat + Sun.

Meet Hilton: engineer, self-professed mad professor, and the bloke behind every drop of HHH.

Before he was foraging botanicals in the , he was running EPC gas projects in the Middle East + working with remote communities in South Africa. 🇿🇦 Somewhere along the way, he decided pipelines were less fun than pot stills.

He built our copper stills himself. Every single one. 🛠️ He's even been coopering his own barrels because, apparently, normal wasn't cutting it. 😉

That stubborn "I'll find a way" streak is why HHH tastes like nothing else on the shelf.

Come and meet him at the cellar door this weekend! We're open from 10 am to 5 pm every Saturday and Sunday.
