Very happy with the results from our Easter Thursday late night product development - Ambient temperature, transportable Granola Bars. Texture was crunchy but not hard, flavours were spot. PB+J was may fave, made with freeze dried raspberry powder and Ian liked the Cranberry Cashew. There my have been a glass or 2 of rose by 8pm 😉

My rainbow kitchen warriors for the beginning of December! We all know Ian and Ari! On the right we have Millie aka Milli Vanilli, our first female chef since 2013 heading up kitchen! Hanging in the back is Chef Michael aka Mikey the Viking! And hanging at the front is Sami with his lovely Algerian complexion and French accent! A-team gonna bring it!
