De Bortoli Wines Bilbul Cellar Door Our story is one of determination and triumph that started in 1928 Fifty years ago customers purchased their wine in bulk, in wooden barrels or demijohns.

The Bilbul Cellar Door in the Riverina region of southern New South Wales is the original De Bortoli winery established by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli in 1928. Today Bilbul is home to some of Australia's most prestigious wines including the acclaimed Noble One, one of the world's most highly awarded and sought after wines.
