VERY very late announcement. I feel like eating a whole heap of smoked meat, so I may aswell share with you some smoked meat. Seeing as last time we did platters was a success, I’m gunna do it again. Delivery in the CBD in between 5 and 6 pm.
Lamb shanks, pulled beef brisket and rolls with slaw, pork belly nibblets, bacon meat balls, dipping sauces and garlic butter corn cob.
