I have loved baking sweet stuff most of my life and have very fond memories of baking with both Mum and Dad on rainy days growing up in NZ. After I got married I would spend my downtime baking yummy slices and pass them on to family
and friends who would be my "judges" and give each slice a score out of 10. I soon got to know which ones were winners and which ones not to do again 😆
In 2022 I attended a chocolate course up north which sparked my interest in making luxury handmade chocolates. The teacher was an amazing pastry chef/chocolatier who has since been so kind and given me many tips and tricks as I have practised. So now I have taken the plunge and started my own little at home business hoping to give you all something a little special and sweet 💝
My kitchen has been approved by the council, I have a food business licence and food safety supervisor certificate I am happy to show if needed.
