My mission is to ruin as many people as possible from ever eating packet pasta again! l produce award winning fresh gourmet pasta and mediterranen cuisine like, hand made gnocchi's, cannelloni's, ravioli's, lasagnes, sauces and much more. Products change as do the seasons, making your meal a fresh experience! I source 80% of my produce from my local farmers markets, use only bio dynamic free range

eggs, pink himalayan salt and extra virgin olive oil in all food preparations. Limited catering for private functions and wholesale is welcome .
