🔥 There’s just something special about cooking steak in cast iron… 🔥

When that pan hits the heat, you can hear it before you even see it… that sizzle says it all.

Using a cast iron pan, we load it up with our homemade garlic oil, fresh local garlic, and a few sprigs of rosemary — then straight onto the heat. Whether it’s over an open fire, stove top or finished in the oven, the result is next level.

Cast iron holds heat like nothing else, which means you get that incredible, caramelised crust on the outside while keeping the inside juicy and tender. It’s what creates that rich, steakhouse-style flavour we all love.

And once you’ve cooked this way… there’s no going back.

The garlic slowly infuses into the meat, the rosemary crisps up, and the steak soaks up all those flavours — bold, rustic, and absolutely mouthwatering.

This beautiful garlic grown by Ash, is now being used in a number of our products, including our popular Bindoon Estate Red Wine & Garlic Roasts, along with several other items we produce.

Sourcing locally wherever possible is really important to us. It not only supports other small producers in our region, but it also means fresher ingredients and better flavour in the products we make for you.

We’re proud to keep working with great local growers and showcasing the quality produce our region has to offer.

We’ve had so many people asking for our retail sausages, so next week we’re doing a special snag run!
All sausages are made using 100% WA beef, lamb & pork, handcrafted in-house and filled into all natural casings — just the way proper snags should be.
📅 Orders close Monday 9th
⚖️ Minimum order: 2kg
💰 $35 for 2kg (save $5!)
