If you're driving in or out of Bingara on the Warialda/Inverell road, Bavarian Mama is a welcome rest spot.

Bavarian Mama has come home - now back where it all began at Bingara Heights, on the North Shore, East Street in. Look for the black and white van.

Today we have apple crumble and our signature panini or try the braised kraut with Swiss Cheese.

Good morning Bingara. I've just returned from a lovely trip back to Germany. Thanks everyone for your uplifting and loving messages.

I was able to share in my oldest son's graduation, from Europe's best art school and my younger son has landed a position as a chef at a lovely restaurant in Berlin - so life is gute.

The Caledonian Papa and I are just taking a couple of weeks break together and we'll re-open again, outside St Andys at Cunningham, on Friday 21st August.

Hoping life is treating you all well.

Good morning! - Closed today - open tomorrow again.So sorry.
Due to the gorgeous rain we had over the last 48 hours or so I will not be able to opem today. Need to tidy up and clear the decks. Trust that you all got some good rain.

Hope to weloome lovely campers JEN and AL tomorrow morning. again as well as my favourite KERRYANN in the world.

Tomorrow I will have house made Auszogne (traditional Bavarian donuts), Apfelkuchen und delicious sausage rolls with chunky piccalilli,
