☕🤠 Richmond Field Days & Races

It’s been an early start and a busy day, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

From hot coffees and cold drinks to sausage sandwiches and country clothing, the OCC team has been flat out catching up with locals, station families, travellers and visitors from across the region.

A huge thank you to everyone who has stopped by the coffee van, sausage sizzle and Bush Bus for a chat, a coffee or a browse through our range.

Events like Richmond remind us why we love what we do – great people, great conversations and a strong rural community.

The Camooweal Campdraft and Rodeo will be running 29–31 May 2026 and organisers are expecting a huge weekend of campdrafting, rodeo events & spectators.

They’re currently chasing additional food vans, food trucks & trailers to help keep competitors, campers & crowds fed across the weekend.

📍Camooweal is located around 190km west of Mount Isa on the Barkly Highway near the NT border.
