Five Bob Farm Located in Birchs Bay, along side the beautiful D'Entrecasteaux Channel, 35 mins from Hobart. This picturesque 300 acres of farm land is open to explore.

With walking tracks, kitchen garden, orchard, vineyard and a venue there is something for everyone! Five Bob Farm is a destination for all to enjoy. The property ‘Five Bob Farm’, at Birchs Bay, supports an eclectic business mix. Comprising of a range of activities and businesses from Diemen Pepper, our native food enterprise, to our beautiful kitchen garden that provides produce for our employees,

volunteers & local restaurants to our vineyard, horticulture set up and our stunning Venue that is available to book for special events, community groups, health & wellbeing and much more. We would like to encourage all our community to use this space. Five Bob Farm is also the home of "Art Farm Birchs Bay" which provides a relaxing and unique walk around a natural gallery and garden via the "sculpture trail". With over 200 acres on the farm, we continue to evolve and look for new ways to engage the community. We are all about bringing people together to enjoy the space we have. The farm is open to the public and we look forward to hosting you.

There’s something very satisfying about yanking out an almighty invader… 🌿

Join us for our fourth working bee at Art Farm Birchs Bay (Five Bob Farm) for a relaxed, hands on day of tackling invasive w**ds. You'll also be learning what actually works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to w**d control.

Kids are very welcome!

Bring your own tools & gloves if you have them (we’ll have some here too, if not).
