SingleThread in Healdsburg, California is currently ranked No 1 in La Liste, holds 3 Michelin stars & 1 Michelin green star and is No 1 West Coast America in Worlds 50 best restaurants.

SingleThread is taking residency at Bathers Pavilion for 4 weeks only from 28th July to August 23rd 2026.

Our 2023 Mount Mary Chardonnay will be paired with a Marron course and offered in a side-by-side experience against one of Sonoma best; Ceritas.

If you mention you’re a friend of Mount Mary when you book, the Bathers' team will ensure you get a taste of the 2023 Chardonnay and or Iconic Quintet depending what has been opened that day, plus get Kyle, Katina or one of their SingleThread team members to come and say hi.

Camille & Guillaume Boillot 2024 Release 💫

The "picture perfect Bourgogne" sets the precedence for the whole range alongside the Meursault Les Clous that comes in swinging with its "extra juicy and complex" palate.

Since the domaine's inception two vintages ago, I am continually excited to see what new wines appear in the range, the Casse Têtes is a new addition for 2024 and with "so much depth" in the flavours as it feeds into the finish,it will stand strong alongside the Limozin this year.

Precision & Integrity: A Domaine de Vaccelli Release

Domaine de Vaccelli has brought us a magical selection of wines from the 2022 and 2023 vintages this year!

Crafted in the heart of the Taravo Valley, Gérard, alongside his sister Nathalie, has been toiling away at the granitic soils to ensure their native varietals remain front and centre. Vermentinu and Sciaccarellu are the name of the game at this estate and having planted these vines back in the 1960s, the complexity has developed over the years to produce cuvees of great depth and full of layers.

The Domaine Rougeot Pere & Fils 2023 vintage is here! With a stunning selection of finely balanced whites and structurally charmed reds.

My brother and father have done an incredible effort this vintage, highlighting the nuances across each plot under their label. From Meursault to Pommard, Saint-Romain to Volnay, there is a magical grace upon each offering with a sparkle of precision.

While my family have found passion in producing a combination of sulphured and un-sulphured wines, this release showcases the traditional label that won't simply taste delicious but look stunning on the table at your next dinner party.

If you thought the 2022 vintage introduction to this estate had been incredible then you have a wonderful surprise waiting for you! A truly elevated vintage is here and I implore you to jump head first into this young estate.

Aligote: One gripped with acidity from the beginning to showcase the honeyed flavours, and one filled with a "lovely vibration and mineral energy".

Chardonnay: Vibrant Bourgognes with a slight creaminess, Maranges of chiselled palates and wide finishes.

Pinot Noir: Perfumed, structural and aromatic Bourgognes, and pure, filling and strong Maranges.
