The team from MEAT at the Market are passionate butchers with a focus on sourcing their meat from sustainable South Australian farmers, with majority of their meat available being local.

The team are ready to help you prepare for your festive feast with meat from small SA farms including pasture raised bone in Christmas hams, turkey breast rolls, duck, pasture raised whole roasting chickens and so much more! Discover their incredible range and expert knowledge at Stall 15.

The Market is open today (Sunday) until 3pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!

Today, December 10, is 🐌🌿

Not only is it the anniversary of the , it is an opportunity for food communities and Slow Food convivia all around the world to celebrate local eating, agricultural biodiversity and sustainable food production. It is a day for reflecting on the challenges in our food system, and exploring ways to defend the future for generations to come.
