Dave, after 35 years with the McKenzie family, it’s hard to put into words just how much you have contributed and added to our business and life. You’ve worked alongside three generations of McKenzies, and in that time you’ve become part of our family. Your dedication, wit, and unique sense of humour have left a lasting mark on our family and on Pearl Creek. A period in your life which also saw your own family grow up. We will genuinely miss you, Dave, and we are deeply grateful for everything you’ve given over the years. You leave with our thanks, respect, and our very best wishes for whatever comes next.
