On behalf of Kay-Babs, we’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Blackwater Town Centre for their ongoing support. There’s a common belief that the rent is unaffordable and that the landlord is difficult to work with — but our experience has been the complete opposite.

The team at the Town Centre has been incredibly reasonable, helpful, and supportive, and we continue to be pleasantly surprised by how affordable and accommodating they are.

We look forward to a long-term partnership and are excited to keep serving the Blackwater community with great food and quality coffee!
