Not that long ago, Kobie walked through the door, eager to learn the trade.

Fast forward a few years and he's nearly there.

This November, Kobie will officially complete his apprenticeship and become a qualified butcher. 👏

What people don't always see is the hard work behind the scenes.

The early starts.
The questions.
The practice.
The mistakes.
The improvements.

Day by day, cut by cut, Kobie has put in the work and earned every step of the journey.

Always keen to learn, always willing to get stuck in, and always bringing a positive attitude to the team.

That's not luck.

That's dedication.

We're incredibly proud to have watched Kobie grow from apprentice to tradesman, and we're excited to see what the future holds.

Over 10 years of turning up, getting stuck in, and helping make East Blaxland Butchery what it is today.

He's the bloke who keeps things moving, keeps standards high, and gets the job done without needing a pat on the back.

The kind of person every business hopes to find and never wants to lose.

We're incredibly lucky to have Matty as part of the team and after more than a decade, he's become a huge part of the East Blaxland Butchery family.

Every great butcher shop has that one person who quietly keeps everything running.

For us, that's Pete.

The first one in most mornings, the bloke who keeps the wheels turning, answers all the questions (usually more than once 😆), and somehow still finds time for a dad joke or two.

He's not one for the spotlight, but East Blaxland Butchery wouldn't be the same without him.

We reckon he's a bit of a legend.
