Breeding season has started here at Future Farms!

Confirming we are collecting stallions Monday - Friday (except public holidays). Semen needs to be ordered preferably the day before being needed, otherwise before 9am on day required. As much notice as possible is greatly appreciated! Collection cost is $275 inc gst.

We have some stallions not available for the following dates:

1/9-10/10 - Osaka P
14-22/9 - Kilimanjaro and Roseglen Crown Royale
12-16/10 - Kilimanjaro and Roseglen Crown Royale
7-11/12 - Osaka P, Kilimanjaro, Roseglen Crown Royale

We are still available for freezing semen this season to limited mares. PM for prices and availability.

If you are wanting to send your mare to be bred, we recommend Romsey Equine Clinic - Dr Alison Miles - 0498 777 100 - who is less than 10 minutes from our farm and we can easily deliver the semen there. Embryo transfers can also be discussed with Alison.

What a special weekend for a few combinations in our team last weekend!

Emma stepped right out of her comfort zone and competed in her very first FEI Prix St George on the beautiful Torvina de Meyer. They looked absolutely amazing and, in true Emma fashion, she had no idea just how fantastic they had done! 😂

We finally showed her the score and the realisation of what an incredible job she had done set in… cue a few very happy tears! What a milestone and what a way to start her FEI journey. We are SO proud of you, Emma!

Zali Mills stepped up into the FEI Prix St Georges and Intermediate I sections with the gorgeous Royal Diamond Jubilee, and this partnership just continues to go from strength to strength. They placed well all weekend and Zali is riding with such confidence and feel.

After spending 4 weeks in Europe with us riding, training and travelling to shows, it is so exciting to see Zali take everything she learnt and put it into practice. She has taken it all on board and is riding incredibly well!

And then we had Jessica stepping out for her very first competition with the sensational Santilis, owned by Brook Mance. What a way to start! They scored well into the 70s both days winning the championships, and showing just how exciting this combination is going to be. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for these two!

Exciting times ahead for all three of these partnerships!

What an amazing weekend at Werribee Park!
We had an incredible weekend competing at the Whittlesea Plenty Valley Dressage and VALA Victorian Dressage Club Teams shows, taking a team of 9 incredible horses along for a weekend of competition, fun and great success! Our riders (Taleisha, Zali, Emma and Jess) had a busy few days!
Our team achieved fantastic results right through the levels, with wins and placings across Preliminary, Novice,Elementary, Medium, Advanced, Prix St George, Intermediate I, Intermediate II and Grand Prix!

We are so incredibly proud of all of our horses and riders and the dedication, hard work and teamwork that goes into producing these results.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful clients for entrusting your horses into our care. It is a privilege to work with them and we are so grateful for your continued support and trust.

Thank you also to our amazing sponsors for their continued support — we truly couldn’t do what we do without you!

The committees, judges, officials and volunteers all went out of their way to make it such a friendly and fun weekend - and even turned the weather on!
