Hey there everyone!
As you all know, we lost everything in the fire, both business and personal. And you also know we were renovating a new space to move into. Unfortunately loosing everything, from equipment, to furniture, to trading time, now makes our future plans no longer a possibility.
And so..... with much sadness, (and a tiny little bit of fury) that we have made the tough decision to not reopen the Bollon Cafe.
We have loved the massive support, and incredible messages from locals and travelers alike. Its quite humbling.
We will still pop up every now and then at local markets and events, for those of you in need of a giant cookie or a cheese board, so stay tuned for dates!!
You will see a name change, but our attention to taste will remain.

It's with devastation and total shattered hearts, that Carly and Bec are infoming our amazing supportive customers, that the Bollon Hotel, our recent home, had burned down this evening. We thank you all for your thoughts, and we ask everyone to remaine clear of the area.
Thank you to our incredible first responders, whom did an exceptional job.
