What a month we have had.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the opening of the store and shared their experience with friends and family.

This week's wellness shot is the BEETROOT SHOT.
Beetroots boost stamina, lower blood pressure, fight inflammation, and detox. Best taken before a workout, however, can be a great shot any time of the day.
