I made my debut on ABC's Landline this week.
An important Australian show highlighting what's really going on in rural Australia.
I would have liked the topic to have been more exciting and less uncertain than bird flu but it demonstrates how the free range poultry industry could be affected by the H5N1 strain of bird flu.
None-the-less I loved hosting the Landline team for the day.
Do you know what else I really loved?
On the same episode is a segment on National Parks Ranger Don Rowlands, a beautiful man I had the pleasure of meeting several times when I worked for National Parks and Wildlife SA and the presenter on another segment Eliza Berlarge and I go way to when she was new to the journalism world.
Here's the link to the article and then go and watch the whole episode.
H5N1 bird flu is spreading through Australia's wild birds, raising fears among free-range poultry farmers about the risk to their flocks and livelihoods.
