💚 CUSTOMER UPDATE 💚

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have had to extend our break from deliveries longer than originally planned.

At this stage, we do not have a confirmed return date, but we wanted to keep everyone updated and let you know that we are not currently taking orders.

To our customers, thank you. Whether you’ve ordered once, every week, recommended us to friends, or simply followed along on our journey, we truly appreciate your support.

This isn’t the update we had hoped to share, but right now our focus needs to be on family and managing a few things behind the scenes.

We’ll keep this page updated and will let everyone know as soon as we’re ready to get back to delivering fresh produce to your door.

📢 DELIVERY UPDATE

Just a quick heads-up for our CJ’s Family Fresh Market customers.

We will be delivering as normal on Saturday 13 June.

After that, we will be taking a short break for family reasons and there will be no deliveries on:

❌ Saturday 20 June
❌ Saturday 27 June

We will resume our normal delivery schedule on Saturday 4 July.

Some family matters have come up that require our attention during this time, and unfortunately we’re unable to fulfil deliveries on those dates.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage anyone wanting a box before the break to place their order by 8pm this Wednesday for delivery on 13 June.

📧 For customers with a subscription, please check your email for information and instructions regarding your subscription payments during this period.

IMPORTANT UPDATE – BOX PRICING FROM 4 JUNE 2026

As part of a general business review and in response to increasing operating costs including produce, fuel and day-to-day business expenses, we will be updating some of our box pricing from 4 June 2026.

Updated pricing will be:

🥕 Small Household Box – $39.99
🍎 Large Household Box – $62.99
🍓 Munch & Crunch Box – remains $24.99
🥦 Singles & Couples Box – $27.99

The introduction of our new Singles & Couples Box gives customers a more affordable option while still receiving the same fresh quality produce — just in smaller quantities.

It’s designed to cover the staple fruit & veg items, with the flexibility to add extra items through our add-ons or Build Your Own range to suit your household and budget.

Our Build Your Own Box range will continue to be available, with pricing fluctuating based on current market rates and produce availability.

Some days it’s not really about the fruit & veg 🥹

Loved today’s deliveries and the little moments in between that make this business so special ❤️

• Hearing about one customer’s son/grandson who recently broke his arm. When I asked if it hurt he said “only a little bit”… he was MUCH more focused on the upcoming visit from the kid next door and the brownies they were apparently making together 😂
• Another customer (and friend) had repaired one of my kids’ stuffed toys. An argument followed about me trying to give them their box for free in return… I lost 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣
• The weekly wave to the camera at one of our regular drop-offs 📸
• Being offered a refreshment at another delivery 🥤
• Finally meeting a customer I’ve known peripherally for quite a while
• Being greeted warmly by the son of one of our regulars while Mum was out
• Getting a full demonstration from some very important little people on the “correct” way to operate the gate 😂

Running a small business can be exhausting at times, but days like today remind me why we’re doing it. It’s the conversations, the connections, the familiar faces, the trust, and being welcomed into little snippets of people’s lives each week that make it all worth it ❤️
