After a lot of testing, we decided on a light dry cure that greatly enhances the flavour of the meat! You'll see what we mean - this pork belly packs a PUNCH 👊💥

We have put a lot of love 💕 and care into perfecting our own unique flavours, with our special home made marinades and banchan (side dishes). 👨‍🍳🍖 Even our Ssamjang (soybean paste) is made in-house!
