Killer Sprocket Killer Sprocket is an independent, family owned brewery with a passion for malt driven ales. In 2019, the pair set down roots in Bayswater North.

Founded in 2012 by Sean and Andrea Ryan, Killer Sprocket was initially a nomadic entity brewing at various locations all across Melbourne. Killer Sprocket is a production brewery with capacity to support other emerging brewers to get started. It is open to the public for takeaways Tuesday to Thursday and for onsite sessions Fridays and Saturdays with bar snacks, hot pies made with our b**r and occasionally food trucks on offer. We are a casual and somewhat industrial venue where you can get a close up look at how b**r is made and be served up a pint by the person who brewed it.

Every year we sponsor the Melbourne Brewers Beerfest. The top brewer of the competition gets to scale up their winning recipe and come in to Killer Sprocket to brew it with us.

John Keske won in 2024 but it took a while for us to get together but today we packaged the finished product - Dunkelwerks (Munich Dunkel).

We can confirm it was worth the wait!
