We are one of only two growers in Australia of these classic and unique varietals - Rondinella & Corvina and are traditionally grown in the Veneto region in northeastern Italy, where they are predominantly used to produce the classic Amarone and Valpolicella wine styles 🇮🇹

The classic Ripasso della Valpolicella wine styles are the inspiration for this unique and delicious wine whereby the inclusion of partially dried grapes to the ferment has concentrated the must, adding liqueur cherry, earth, fruitcake, ripe brown spices and a textural, velvety palate. Delicious, juicy, earthy cherry flavours feature throughout the palate whilst ripe, silky tannins assure partnership with food. 🍷

Our social admin took one week off and apparently everything happened! In addition to the Top Wineries announcement, our hometown of Bowral was named Australia’s #1 country town by Australian traveller.

Safe to say, admin came back to some good news! We feel incredibly lucky to call the Southern Highlands home - a place of cool climate wine, incredible local businesses and a community that makes people want to keep coming back.

Winery Assistant / Warehouse

🥂Centennial Vineyards is a small estate producing a diverse range of premium wines. We are seeking a reliable, self‑motivated team player with a strong eye for detail to join our friendly and professional team.
⭐️ About the Role
This hands‑on position primarily supports winery operations and includes:
Assisting with fruit processing during vintage
General cellar and winery duties
Bottling preparation and support
Maintenance tasks
General warehouse duties
Key Requirements
Forklift licence (preferred)
Strong attention to detail, with a high standard of hygiene and safety
Good organisational skills
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Good physical fitness and willingness to perform manual tasks
Intermediate computer skills
A genuine interest in the wine industry
🇦🇺 Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
