We are processing two F1 (first cross) steers (Wagyu x Angus) on 26 March. The meat will be available just after Easter. Each steer has been long fed and is just over one tonne. We are going to have lots of meat and 5kg and 10kg boxes will be just $25 per kg. Please email [email protected] with your orders.

Bowral Wagyu is growing our herd, but there is a limit to available grass, so we are needing to offload some young full blood heifers. We have six heifers that are available. They range in age from 11-15 months, and should be ready for serving/AI very shortly. Alternatively, we can ensure that they come to you served by one of our bulls, guaranteed PTIC.
They will all be parent verified and screened for known recessive traits (CHS, IARS, F11 & CL16). Five of the six are trait free as both parents of these five are trait free. They will be confirmed backlined and injected with 7 in 1. If you're starting a full blood herd, or wanting to add some variety to your genetics, please DM us for details. We have been breeding FB Wagyu since 2002 so our knowledge of the breed and these animals comes from long experience.

WBV's are top 15-20% for growth (significantly above average for long fed animals), mature cow weight (top 11% if you're trying to improve the size of your breeding cows) and carcase weight (again significantly above average). DM us for details.

Our Wagyu steers are almost ready to process. We are getting ready to close our order book for March 2025. If you want to order, please email us at [email protected] and state whether you would like a 5kg ($200) or 10kg ($400) box. A deposit of 25% will be required to confirm your order.

Good Morning Wagyu lovers! It's time to start thinking about our next processing. We expect to have 3 steers on offer in March 2025. It sounds a long way away, but it's amazing how quick the time goes. Would everyone who would like to place an order for either a 5kg box, a 10kg box, or even half or whole bodies please DM me or email [email protected] with details of their order. Further details will be provided in the new year. As always, to formally get on the order sheet you will need to pay a 25% deposit. Again, details will be provided with a proforma invoice.
